Tried boxing today and man I have so much more appreciation for those that box. I was sweating just doing the practice footwork and hand work. It’s a great workout but dang tired after that. I realize what I need to work on more with preparing for this 5k run… flexibility!!! Just getting to do that would make everything else so much easier. Also my knee is going to be a thing that I’m going to absolutely contend with. This should be an interesting journey as yoga starts tomorrow. I’m bound to either curse the invention of yoga out or claim it’s amazing.
