day 1
Today I made breakfast, a fairly non-consistent thing to do, never the less a thing of beauty to have done. Today is the first and though it doesn’t look like much has been done today there is still things being done. So far I’ve put together, after some research, what I need to do to start this journey and what it’ll look like. Having a roadmap to follow and adjust along the way makes it so much easier to be on.
Boxing
Tried boxing today and man I have so much more appreciation for those that box. I was sweating just doing the practice footwork and hand work. It’s a great workout but dang tired after that. I realize what I need to work on more with preparing for this 5k run… flexibility!!! Just getting to do…
